Cruise on the Persian Gulf. Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yaz, Dubai

After visiting Khasab and Muscat, the liner set course for Abu Dhabi. That’s two nights and a day. The distance is not small.
Passengers have an opportunity to relax at swimming pools, take sunbaths and simply relax. On the same day in the evening all officers in dress uniform go to the Officers’ Ball. Ladies can ask an officer to dance. You can just chat or take a photo with the liner officer.

Abu Dhabi.

I was sure that this metropolis is not less than Dubai, with the same traffic on roads and the same rhythm of life. We d planned a sightseeing tour in advance and the guide immediately disappointed us. Abu Dhabi is much calmer and smaller than Dubai.

And it is noticeable. There is less traffic on the roads, the traffic is calmer. And when we arrived at the embankment, he said that all the skyscrapers of Abu Dhabi are in front of you like on the palm of your hand, we were quite shocked. Honestly speaking, after rhythm of life, personally, Abu Dhabi came to my heart.

The first thing we did was to visit the most iconic place in the city, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
One of the largest mosques in the world and the main attraction of the city. If you ve not visited it, then you ve not been to Abu Dhabi.

The mosque is huge, autumn beautiful. The snow-white walls are elegantly reflected in the waters of the pools surrounding it.
It was surprising that walking towards it, we passed through the shopping rows of an underground shopping centre.
There were crowds of tourists everywhere. And this crowd walks along a relatively narrow, dedicated to tourists, corridor in the mosque itself.

Beach holidays are definitely not enough in such a tour.

For this very purpose the UAE government allocated funds and a berth for liners, beach and food court zone appeared on an ordinary island, and part of the island is a park where you can see wild animals in their natural habitat. Car safaris are organised for this purpose. This is the island of Sir Bani Yaz.

We re used to the fact that a metro station is usually located somewhere not far from its main object where you re going. But, that’s not the case here. Burj Khalifa station is connected directly to Dubai Mall by a long covered passage. It seemed to me a kilometre and a half to walk there.

I think I ve written enough about the cruise. Write your questions, put your likes. And I am starting to prepare a story about a trip to sunny Dagestan.
